About Dan Horseman

Thanks for checking out my business! I'm a Certified Professional Life Coach, Whitewater Kayak Instructor (ACA L4), Team Building facilitator, and workplace culture consultant. I am an outdoor adventure enthusiast, and when I'm not out paddling I'm probably spending time with my wife Kaity, our new son Brooks, and our two dogs, Kara and Townes.

I have a B.S. in Outdoor Education and Psychology, and have spent the majority of my career in the Adventure Therapy field supporting teens, young adults, and their families throughout their personal growth journeys.

I am a strong believer in experiential learning and strive to bring that approach into all aspects of my business. In simplest terms that means sharing an experience, reflecting on what happened (behavior and thought patterns), and then deciding what to do with that new self-awareness (implementing your new insight into your day-to-day).
